Vanessa will be performing a program of music spanning her lifelong love of singing, starting with her childhood in a Persian-American household, her first classical voice lessons, to her college highlights, time in graduate school, and beyond to the present day. She will be joined by longtime friend and colleague, Pamela McClain, on piano. Works by Bizet, Dadvar, Donizetti, Fauré, Mozart, Poulenc, Puccini, Rodgers, Rorem, Weill, and more.
